  17.         redesigned interface using WGLIB; eliminated two external files
  18.           used by earlier version (note that the WGLIB.DLL file included
  19.           with The Register is a run-time version only. You will not
  20.           be able to use it in any Visual Basic program you create.)
  21.         corrected file save routines so there is no corruption of data
  22.         several minor bug fixes
  23.         program will now compute grades that are higher than points (for
  24.           example, points might be 200 but student has a grade of 210
  25.           through extra-credit. Register will now accept the grade, after
  26.           a warning, and complete all computations.)

  28.         If you have downloaded and are using a previous version, you can
  29.         delete STATUS.DLL and VBGP.VBX since these are no longer required.
